The technician follows a standard procedure and every result is recorded on the platform to ensure traceability.
Vehicle identification
The VIN, customer, make, model, battery, nominal voltage and pack type are recorded.
HV pack analysis
The software records capacity, charge, discharge, SOH, internal resistance, temperature and module balance.
Technical validation
VOLTRA Cloud detects abnormal values and allows the centre to request a review from VOLTRA Central in real time.
Certificate issuance
The system generates the digital certificate with classification, technical results, issuing centre and verification code.
When there are differences between modules, high temperatures or results requiring interpretation, the technician can share the test with VOLTRA Central. Our team reviews the data, guides the partner and helps complete the certification correctly.

Once the tests are complete, VOLTRA Cloud generates a digital, traceable and verifiable certificate with state of health, capacity, thermal behaviour, module balance and the battery’s final classification. The Authorised Centre can print it, give it to the customer and apply the VOLTRA Seal to the vehicle.
When the system detects unbalanced modules or recovery potential, it alerts the partner to inform the customer and prepare a quotation. After the intervention, the analysis is repeated and an updated certificate can be issued with a higher classification.
